As it is presently configured, you have to register even to look at the postings let alone post to the forum, however, if you don’t clear Cookies every time you shut down you may find you don’t have to keep logging on. There are four sections available for general use, chat, who’s sailing when, for sale and a test area for checking everything is working. Pictures can be posted into the threads. If other sections are needed I will add them. When you click on the link below a new window will open taking you to the Registration/Log on page. You will be required to give just three pieces of info to register, a username, a password and an e-mail address. If you want to answer more questions then feel free to do so but you don’t NEED to. It is helpful to include your real name in your profile. If you experience difficulty in registering please contact the webmaster by email or give me, Howard Winfield, a call. My number is in the handbook. Occasionally Norton’s firewall program causes the problem and you could try switching it off for the few moments it takes to register. If you are unhappy about doing that please get in touch and I will create a registration for you. I hope everyone finds it helpful and entertaining and I look forward to seeing you on the forum over the coming season. One final plea. Forums can become difficult to use if people don’t keep on topic in threads. If issues arise not relating to the original theme start a new thread. It makes life much easier.
