Club Location and Facilities
Embsay reservoir is nestled below Earl Crag on the South West corner of the Yorshire Dales National Park. The location makes for great sailing - often there is no wind in the Wharfedale and Airedale valleys, but plenty to go round at Embsay! Its easily accessible from neighbouring towns and villages.

The heated clubhouse has changing rooms and showers, together with a small kitchen for making hot drinks. It has great views over the reservoir towards Earl crag, and provides shelter from the elements when it really gets windy!
There are quite a few boat spaces on site, and many members keep their boats at the club year-round. If you do wish to keep your boat at the Club then please contact the membership secretary who will be able to check if space is available.
