One intrepid member takes to the water on a sailboard during the 'Push the Boat Out Day' activities.

Own action hero Dave Green has kindly offered to run a session for those wanting to try out this fantastic sport at this year's PTBOD on 17th May 2015. He will bring along a range of sail sizes to suit young and old.

Expect to get quite wet though!
